Shift Work Availability for Employees: Notifications regarding available shifts, schedule changes, and other employment-related information.
Home Care Services Availability for Consumers: Updates on home care services, appointment reminders, and other relevant service-related information.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary based on your interactions and preferences. However, you can expect to receive:
Up to 20 messages per week regarding shift work availability.
Up to 2 messages per week regarding home care services availability.
4. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply. You should check with your mobile service provider for details on these rates.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You can unsubscribe from receiving SMS notifications at any time by:
Replying with a Keyword: Replying to any SMS message with the keyword “STOP” will opt you out of future messages.
Contacting Customer Support: You can also contact our customer support team to request removal from our SMS list.
